The mission of the West High Alumni Association scholarship program is to help students who may otherwise lack the financial resources to pursue their education goals. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need and a potential to succeed in college (regardless of high school GPA).
As part of the 2020 scholarship application requirements, applicants are required to provide one letter of recommendation. Applicants are encouraged to request a letter of recommendation prior to the scholarship application deadline (March 13) using the form below).
An email will automatically be sent to the email address provided by the applicant once the “Request a Letter of Recommendation” form OR the scholarship application is submitted.
Please note, it is the scholarship applicant’s responsibility to ensure their recommender has submitted a letter of recommendation before the deadline.
Applicants will receive an email confirmation once a letter of recommendation has been received. Letters of recommendation must be submitted directly by the recommender by Friday, March 20, 2020.
